As we continue expanding Jiffy, our quick commerce platform, we are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented In-App Designer to enhance our customers’ visual journey and digital experience.Role OverviewThe In-App Designer will be responsible for designing engaging and user-centric visuals that elevate our mobile app experience. This includes creating intuitive UI layouts, impactful promotional creatives, and conversion-driven in-app assets. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to deliver seamless, visually stunning designs that drive engagement and retention.Location: Kolkata (Preferred) | Bengaluru (Open for suitable candidates)Key Responsibilities1. UI/UX & In-App Visual Design- Design user-friendly layouts, banners, and graphics for in-app content and promotions. - Maintain brand consistency while ensuring appealing and intuitive visual design. - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve user journeys and optimize the overall app experience. - Create animations and micro-interactions that enrich user engagement.2. Marketing & Promotional Creatives- Design visually striking promotional banners, carousels, and CTAs for campaigns and key business events. - Partner with the Growth and Marketing teams to develop impactful creatives that boost conversions. - Leverage A/B testing and behavioral analytics to refine design performance.3. Conversion-Focused Design- Build layouts that enhance navigation and motivate user actions (purchase, explore, etc.). - Use user psychology and design principles to increase engagement and retention rates. - Ensure visual and functional consistency across devices and screen sizes.4. Collaboration & Optimization- Work alongside developers and product managers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. - Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback into design improvements. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, UX best practices, and digital commerce innovations.Experience:- 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, visual design, or in-app merchandising. - Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce is preferred.Technical Proficiency:- Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, Canva. - Prototyping & Wireframing: Figma, Adobe XD, InVision.
