Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.
Experience required 5 to 7 years.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
