**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer & maintain the ServiceNow platform (users, roles, ACLs, licensing).
- Configure/customize ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB & Service Catalog modules.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts.
- Manage upgrades, patches & ensure mínimal disruption.
- Ensure compliance with security & governance standards.
- Document platform procedures and customizations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes & ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, CSM modules.
- ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory); advanced certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Nice-to-Have**
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Exposure to ITOM, SecOps, or GRC.
- Knowledge of performance analytics & reporting.
- Agile/Scrum experience.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
