**Job Description**:

Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow specialist with hands on platform administration and architecture experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving internal business transformation leading the implementation, migration and adoption of the ServiceNow platform, off our current system leveraged for managed services. Your deep understanding of ServiceNow, combined with your ability to provide hands on implementation and administration to ensure we transition smoothly to optimize our external customers managed service experience will be key. You will work closely with our CTO and internal IT team to understand the time frames, business objectives, risks and associated requirements for the successful implementation of ServiceNow. You will provide expert advice and deliver a successful project. Post implementation you will take on the administration responsibility together with Senior Solutions specialist activities to support external customer requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Consulting: Work with internal stake holders to understand business challenges and objective to implement ServiceNow
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage ServiceNow project from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to gather requirements, understand needs
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards through comprehensive testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and managed service clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance existing solutions and processes.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Pre-sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities, including developing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and providing expert input to help win new business where required in a future state.

Required Experience and Traits:

- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Implementation & Administration experience
- Proven experience in strategic consulting and project leadership.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Certifications ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow services and integration with Dynamics 365
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Understanding of data migration and integration techniques
