Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are required. Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Application Specialist (CAS) are a plus.

Job Responsibilities
- Define ServiceNow architecture and design principles based on industry best practices and organizational requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Evaluate current ServiceNow implementations and propose strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules.
- Develop integration strategies between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership during ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies within ServiceNow environment.
