ServiceNow Platform Administration:
• Provide comprehensive support in managing ServiceNow environments, including Development, Test, and Production.
• Administer, configure, and develop the ServiceNow platform following Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance while ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage and configure the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure the platform's stability and performance.
Workflow and Configuration Management:
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Develop and manage ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
Incident and Problem Management:
• Monitor and resolve incidents and problems related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of ServiceNow with other systems.
Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and standards.
CMDB and Data Integrity:
• Own and lead tasks to ensure the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB data.
