**Key Responsibilities**:

- **EPR Program Support**:

- Assist in the implementation and tracking of EPR programs for various product categories (e.g., packaging, plastic).
- Research local and international EPR regulations and policies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of EPR programs to ensure compliance.
- Support the preparation of documentation and reports related to EPR compliance and audits.
- **Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Gather and analyze data related to product waste, recycling rates, and program effectiveness.
- Help track material flows and recycling efforts to support EPR-related metrics and reporting.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Assist in liaising with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, waste management vendors, and industry partners.
- Support the communication of program requirements to internal teams and external partners.
- **Research and Industry Trends**:

- Stay updated on industry best practices, new regulations, and emerging technologies related to recycling, waste management, and EPR.
- Support in preparing recommendations for continuous program improvement.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in maintaining internal EPR records, filing systems, and tracking compliance status.
- Provide administrative support to the sustainability team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in environmental policy, sustainability, and waste management practices.
- Excellent research, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with EPR regulations and environmental compliance is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
