**Required Qualifications Experience**
- Graduate /Postgraduate
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the field of sustainability/EPR/Operations
- Strong management skills
- Prior experience in running multiple projects.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and present different scenarios with meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in the development of concise reports, presentations, and concept notes
- Good interpersonal skills for interactions
- Considerable oral and written communication skills

**Desirable/Good To Have Experience**
- Some prior experience in the circular economy, design thinking, business consulting,

development sector research and consulting, inclusive business models, program management, or related/ equivalent domains
- Experience with Extended Producer Responsibility in India
- Some FMCG knowledge would be an added advantage. Prior experience working with brand teams on sustainability-related projects is a definite advantage
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment around this requirement in India

**Job Description (What You’ll Do)**
- Executing sustainability projects and partnerships in line with these plans to meet the company's goals and

objectives for the year.
- Working closely with internal, regional, and external stakeholders to manage the communication, execution

& incidental needs arising in the space due to government guidelines.
- Managing meetings with the client alongside the seniors.
- Follow up with the clients post-meeting.
- Keep regular communication and statutory reporting for key projects.
- Monitor the regulatory landscape (ex: EPR Legislation and its impacts)
- Representing the organization to external forums and stakeholders, to disseminate, as well as absorb best practices.
- Running pilot projects to spread awareness regarding plastic waste management amongst the common man
- Assist consultant in filing EPR returns as per PCB requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
