Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Good Knowledge of Contract Law.

2. Handling CPCB EPR Compliances

3. Understanding Contract Drafting-Review of Agreement, Master Service.

4. Good Command in drafting Agreement-Service Agreements, Purchase/sale Agreements/Vendor agreements/Business agreement.

5. Assist the team in contract life cycle management.

6. Assist in handling Compliance
- Labour, HR/Branding/Finance

7. Maintaining the record of the Contract.

8. Research on legal issues.

9. Handling KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and documentation.

**Requirements**:
1) BA.LLB/LLB/LLM Currently Enrolled / passed.

3) Having knowledge of International contractual laws and should have good research skills.

4) Good command of the legal English language.

5) Good drafting skills.

6) Must be able to do job at the company office at Indore only.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
