Admin and Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
**Accounting (Tally ERP / Prime)**
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Handle petty cash and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data preparation.
- Generate accounting reports and MIS as required.
**Administration & Office Support**
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle vendor coordination, bills verification, and payments follow-up.
- Ensure proper filing (digital & physical) of financial and admin documents.
- Support HR and operations in routine admin tasks.
**Inventory & Reporting (Excel)**
- Prepare and update inventory/stock reports in Excel.
- Track expenses, budgets, and monthly reconciliations.
- Create Excel reports and dashboards for management review.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
