Admin Support Executive

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented entry-level assistant to support both the HR and Accounts departments. You’ll help with a variety of tasks, including HR admin, accounting support, and travel inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Support**: Assist with recruitment, employee records, attendance tracking, and onboarding.
- **Accounts Support**: Help process invoices, expense reports, payroll data, and manage office expenses.
- **Travel Queries**: Assist with booking travel, handling travel-related queries, and coordinating employee travel arrangements.
- **General Admin**: Maintain department files, perform data entry, and support both teams as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Basic understanding of HR and accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
