**Job Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Onboarding and Joining Formalities**
- Prepare and coordinate onboarding schedules, documentation, and introductions.

2. **Employee Engagement**
- Plan, design, and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated and connected workforce.

**3. Administration Support**
- Manage and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed while maintaining a budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing meeting rooms and materials.
- Provide support for travel arrangements, including booking tickets, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Monitor office equipment and ensure maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Please Note that it is 70& Admin job and 30% HR job

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
