**Job Title: Admin Executive**
**Location**: Andheri
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office premises
- Operate standard office equipment and manage courier/mail handling
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage petty cash and support basic billing functions
- Keep records of office electronics and assist with minor tech troubleshooting
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Maintain filing systems and general office organization
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Prior experience in administration (preferred)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Presentable and proactive attitude
- Basic technical know-how and ability to multitask
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
