**Position: Admin & Accounts Executive**
**Location-** Currently in Goregaon Oshiwara but soon we are shifting to Andheri East, MIDC.
**Working days-**Monday to Saturday all Sundays fixed off
**Timings-**10: 00 am to 7:00 pm
**Key Skills-**
- Good hands-on experience in Full taxation part including GST, and TDS.TCS, EPF/ESI, PT processing, and return filling.
- Good knowledge/experience in Import & Export accounting activities.
- **Good to have if any experience from a CA Firm**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of monthly MIS & management reports (as & when required)
- All Banking Day to day activities
- Full GST Compliance
- Daily Accounting in Tally
- Bank Reconciliation
- Good knowledge of Taxation
- EPF / ESI / PT processing and return filing
- TDS / TCS Challan & Filling experience (good to have)
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Maintaining & reconciling Balance Sheet & general ledger accounts.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Assisting with annual audit preparations.
- Investigating & resolving audit findings, account discrepancies & issues of non-compliance.
- Compute taxes and prepare various returns.
- Good knowledge/experience of Import & Export activities.
- Capable to handle work responsibilities individually.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Plan, assign and review staff’s work
- Analyze financial information and summaries financial status.
**Admin JD-**
- Manage office supplies, including procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Serve as the point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate / Postgraduate
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- Good command over Microsoft Excel with running all Formulas, Pivots, Macros, etc.,
- MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with a tendency to learn new software,
- Must know Tally Software
- Work experience in CA firm its an advantage
- Team Handling
- **We are looking expertise to handle compliances and good experience in handle indirect taxation.**
**Work Location-**
Andheri, MIDC, Off Mahankali Caves road.
