**JD for Accounts cum Admin Executive**
- Manage and maintain the Director’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements & assist in routine secretarial tasks.
- Making inbound and outbound telephone calls to schedule appointments, direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department, travel arrangements, and other queries as required.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Order and maintain office supplies/stationeries, pantry items, cleaning supplies & manage repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain all office equipment under AMC (Vehicles/Machinery/AC/Vending Machine/Water filters/IT equipment/First Aid Kits etc.)
- Managing timely renewal of company licenses and memberships as well as timely renewal of insurance.
- Make travel arrangements for executives and Flight / Hotel / Visa booking, tracking and Managing schedules, and calendar for deadlines.
- Outdoor visits pertaining to the aforementioned tasks suitable to your designation during office hours. (if required)
- Preparation of Purchase vouchers, agreeing invoices with GRNs, ensuring that items are received before making payments in line with the company’s policy manual.
- Stocks records reconciliation, agreeing physical and book stock, reconciling any errors, entry of GRNs, and issue slips in the accounting package in line with the company’s policy manual.
- Handling petty cash, preparing and getting the petty cash vouchers approved, ensuring that relevant supporting documents are obtained before petty cash disbursement in line with the company’s policy manual & properly filling and entering petty cash transactions in Tally.
- Entering financial transactions into the accounting systems and ensuring they are error-free.
- Filling and Document control as the guideline for Seniors / Auditors.
- Handling invoicing and customers, and billing when needed.
- Preparing Bank / Supplier / Credit Card reconciliation statements, analyzing reconciling entries, and passing correction entries if need be.
- Preparing Bank Payments/Transfers/cheques & checking for payment status, Preparation of Salary, and payroll disbursement.
- Any other work that may be assigned to you by the Seniors / Management from time to
time. (suitable to your designation).
- Preparation of PO/DO/Invoice/SO

**Job Requirements**:
1. Experience in the role of Accounts Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role suitable to the JD

2. Knowledge of GST, PT, TDS, I.T. Reports Preparation

3. Ability and Willingness to visit Government Department / Banks / Other Institutes as

4. Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude

5. Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.

6. Good organizational and coordination skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software & hardware.

8. Ability to multi-task & deal with work pressure & deadlines effectively

9. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

10. Ability to work independently as well as harmoniously with team members.

11. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
