Position: Inside Sales Representative
Summary: The Inside Sales Rep will provide support to the Sales Team. specifically identify, qualify and penetrate leads to the field. The Inside Sales Rep will use lists and databases from strategic accounts, target campaigns, marketing events and 3rd party services.

Offering customized service solutions and hardware that help customers to reduce overall costs and minimize risk in all phases of their IT life cycle.
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule web demos, sales appointments for all Sales Team
- Update weekly tracking of all qualified leads converted to opportunities
**Required Skills**:
- Demonstrates sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well organized with effective time and activity management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Goal oriented, able to meet and exceed monthly/yearly goals
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce or similar solutions
- Systems literacy knowledge in MS office, Excel, Word and Internet
- Self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as on a team
**Education**
- Bachelor in Management Studies specializing in Marketing or related fields
**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
