- Shift timings: Night Shifts (Rotational)
- Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
- Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 06 months of experience in Customer Service or a similar role
- Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiners comfortable with night shifts and both WFH/WFO scenarios.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**INTERVIEW PROCEDURE**
- 1 - AMCAT (61+)
- 2 - HR (Telephonic Interview)
- 3 - Ops (Telephonic/ Video Interview)
