Are you a graduate with excellent communication skills in English? Do you have a passion for helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction? If so, we want you to join our team as a customer service representative in Gurugram.

As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall positive experience of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Update and maintain customer records in our database.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with excellent English communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
