**Key Responsibilities**:

- Technical Support: Address and resolve customer technical queries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Order Verification: Review and validate customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist prospective customers by providing detailed product information and answering inquiries.
- Post-Sales Support: Manage customer concerns related to returns, refunds, or other post-purchase issues.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Technical proficiency to handle product-related queries.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and CRM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations with empathy and patience.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with technical products, subscription-based services, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in using customer support platforms and ticketing systems.
