
Sales Coordinator

**System Administration**: Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and hardware components.
- **User Support**: Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- **Network Management**: Monitor network performance, manage security protocols, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Implement and maintain backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and user instructions.
- **Security Management**: Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other IT team members to develop and implement IT projects and improvements.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in managing leads, proposals, and customer inquiries to facilitate the sales process.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and customer information.
- **Order Processing**: Coordinate the order fulfillment process, including generating quotes, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- **Reporting**: Prepare sales reports and dashboards to analyze sales performance and trends, presenting findings to the sales team and management.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies and communicate product updates and promotions.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
