Position: Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, contracts, and orders
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify new sales opportunities and strategies
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and other paperwork
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in business administration, arts, marketing, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹10,417.34 - ₹15,000.00 per month
