Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support

sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between various

departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales

reports, tracking sales leads, and managing schedules.
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries from customers and provide

information regarding products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery of products to

customers, maintaining accurate records.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information

is accurate and up to date.
- Sales Coordination: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team, and prepare

necessary materials for presentations and proposals.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to

identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Liaise between the sales team and other departments (such as marketing,

finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless operations.
- Event Coordination: Help organize sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
