**M&E Framework Development **:Develop and implement a comprehensive M&E framework aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Establish indicators to measure program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.

**Data Collection and Analysis**:Design data collection tools and methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Conduct regular data collection and ensure data quality and integrity. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program performance.

**The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer** will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation and assessment of programs within the organization. This position involves designing and implementing monitoring systems, evaluating program outcomes, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve program effectiveness.

**Reporting**:Prepare timely and accurate reports on program outcomes, successes, and challenges. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management, donors, and partners.

**Capacity Building**:Provide training and support to staff and partners on M&E concepts, tools, and techniques. Facilitate workshops to enhance data collection and reporting skills among team members.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:Collaborate with program teams to integrate M&E into program planning and implementation. Engage with beneficiaries and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve program design.
- Assisting Country Operations Director
- Assisting to execute all operations across the country as per LW strategic Plans / Initiatives
- Provide Technical advisory support to the operations officers for the implementation of Projects/programs as per quality standards.
- Ensuring on time implementations of all projects across the country
- Travel as needed to conduct operations audit across the country
- Planning and designing of training programs for staff development in coordination with HR
- Preparing of reports and standardizing as required, for all the operations across the country.
- Ensure a safety standards are adhered to

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
