**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**

1. **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and assess potential vendors, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Evaluate vendor performance and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards.

2. **Procurement Strategy**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and coordinate procurement activities accordingly.

3. **Contract Negotiation**:

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Review and analyze contract terms to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies.

4. **Cost Management**:

- Monitor and control procurement budgets to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

5. **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, contracts, and agreements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in procurement and purchase, preferably in the Real Estate sector
- Freshers can also apply, who has excellent MS Excel skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
