**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Restaurant Captain** to join our team at our location in Vikhroli West, Mumbai. As a Restaurant Captain, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, supervising floor staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, leadership, and guest service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff to ensure efficient service.
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints promptly.
- Allocate tables and manage reservations during busy hours.
- Train, mentor, and support servers and junior staff members.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards in the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and management for stock requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment.
- Assist in setting up the dining area and ensuring everything is in order before service begins.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good understanding of food and beverage service standards.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- **Service Charge**: As per monthly share
- **Tips**: Additional, depending on performance and customer satisfaction
- **Food Incentives**: Complimentary staff meals and performance-based food incentives

Pay: ₹11,885.86 - ₹17,725.00 per month
