**Reporting To**: Senior Executive / Director / Managing Partner

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and prepare agendas or presentations.
- Handle confidential correspondence and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Track and remind about deadlines, commitments, and tasks.
- Assist in personal tasks or errands as required.
- Maintain an efficient filing system (digital and physical).
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience working with senior management or leadership teams.
- Flexibility to work extended hours if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
