**Job Description: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director**

**Position**: Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD)
**Location**: Kukatpally

**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Schedule and Calendar Management**
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the MD's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, events, and deadlines.
- Arrange and manage all travel plans, including ticket bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for domestic and international trips.
- Proactively send reminders for key commitments, ensuring the MD stays on track with priorities.
**2. Communication and Correspondence**
- Act as the primary point of contact for all communications to and from the MD's office.
- Draft, review, and edit business documents, reports, presentations and official communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government agencies as required.
**3. Meeting Coordination**
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling necessary materials, and ensuring timely follow-ups on action points.
- Record and share minutes of meetings and track their execution with respective stakeholders.
- Represent the MD in meetings or events as assigned, ensuring seamless communication and updates.
**4. Administrative and Operational Support**
- Manage confidential documents and maintain an efficient filing and document management system.
- Oversee and track tasks or projects assigned by the MD, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist with vendor negotiations, purchase approvals, and budget coordination.
- Support the MD in high-level business development activities, presentations, and strategic planning.
**5. Special Projects and Events**
- Organize corporate events, conferences, and team-building activities as assigned.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assist the MD in decision-making.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with organizational processes.
**6. Additional Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage personal and professional tasks delegated by the MD.
- Track ongoing projects and prepare periodic progress reports for the MD’s review.
- Assist with payroll coordination, vendor management, and facilities management for the MD’s office.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of presentations for board meetings or external events.
- Provide support during client or investor visits, ensuring all arrangements align with the MD’s preferences.
- Proactively handle ad-hoc tasks, troubleshooting any issues that may arise in the MD’s workflow.
**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business Administration or a related area).
- **Languages**: Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory (oral and written).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,491.10 - ₹36,690.60 per month
