**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar and Schedule Management**:

- Schedule and organize professional and personal appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prioritize and manage calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure timely reminders.
- Coordinate with various parties for scheduling needs.
- **Communication**:

- Draft and proofread business and personal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the supervisor and clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- **Travel and Logistics**:

- Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and manage travel-related documentation.
- Ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences for the supervisor.
- **Project Assistance**:

- Assist with project coordination, tracking milestones, and deadlines.
- Prepare project-related documentation and reports.
- Communicate project updates and follow-up with team members as needed.
- **Client and Stakeholder Interaction**:

- Manage and enhance client relationships through timely and professional interactions.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- **Personal Care and Activities**:

- Coordinate and manage personal appointments, such as medical visits, family events, and personal errands.
- Assist with personal shopping, including groceries, gifts, and other items.
- Plan and organize personal activities, including leisure and wellness activities, as needed.
- Provide support in maintaining a healthy work-life balance by managing stressors and personal commitments.
- **Financial Tasks**:

- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for both professional and personal expenses.
- **Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and personal privacy requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
