We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support in managing scheduling, taking updates, coordinating follow-ups, and tracking ongoing tasks. This role also involves travel booking and end-to-end assistance with business needs, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Scheduling and Calendar Management

Manage daily schedules, prioritize meetings, and ensure a balanced workday.

Arrange appointments, calls, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Organize recurring check-ins and review sessions.

**Task Management and Follow-Up**

Track progress on assigned tasks and follow up on pending deliverables.

Update stakeholders on project timelines and provide reminders for deadlines.

Maintain and update task lists, ensuring all items are completed on time.

**Communication and Coordination**

Serve as the primary point of contact for key communications.

Relay messages, clarify information, and provide responses as needed.

Coordinate between departments, clients, and partners for updates.

**Travel Arrangements**

Handle booking of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are well-organized.

**Business Support**

Provide end-to-end support on business tasks, research, and project coordination.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and relevant documents.

Attend key meetings, take notes, and provide summaries with action items.

Record-Keeping and Documentation

Maintain records of all communications, schedules, and business-related documents.

Organize files and documents for easy access and ensure confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting executives or senior managers.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Adaptable and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure.
