We are looking for a talented and persuasive individual to join our team as an Education Training Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for convincing principals of local schools to conduct our teachers training program to increase student success.

**Responsibilities**:
Research and identify potential school partners and create a list of potential principals

Develop persuasive strategies to convince principals of the value of our training program

Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to create compelling presentations

Establish relationships with key decision makers in the education industry

Coordinate meetings with principals and school representatives

Follow up with school representatives and ensure that the training program is implemented properly

Track progress of each school’s implementation and report back to the team regularly

**Salary**: From ₹11,380.31 per month
