We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated undergraduate students passionate about food and beverage operations. This role offers hands-on experience, skill development, and the opportunity to grow within a leading health focused cafe and bakery.
- Assist the Manager/ ARM in overseeing daily cafe operations.
- Ensure smooth service, from customer interaction to service delivery.
- Support the team with hands-on service during peak hours.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure a delightful dining experience (On a later phase after training workshops).
- Participate in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Collaborate with management on operational strategies and improvements.
- Oversee stock management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Passionate about food, beverages, and health-focused cuisine.
- Exceptional customer service and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and leadership potential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a team of servers effectively.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, decision-making, and performance management.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Hindi and English (Marathi is a big plus).
- Ability to adapt and step out of comfort zones when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
