**Reports To**: Café Manager / Supervisor

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, cold drinks) - barista skills preferred
- Assist in basic food preparation and plating
- Serve food and drinks to tables
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness of the café
- Refill stock and maintain displays
- Handle payments and cash register
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous café or hospitality experience (preferred)
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
