Cafe staff - Cafe Counter Sales
- _**Job Role**:_

Able to operate kitchen equipment like braisingpans, bakingovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.

Organizing the kitchen station with all the required equipment

Ensuring all the ingredients are fresh.

Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients as requested by the Head Chef.

Plating and garnishing the food items.

Storing the food properly in the cold storage.

Checking the kitchen inventory and restocking the items as and when needed.

Ensuring the kitchen is always clean and sanitized.

Assisting the Kitchen Assistants, Cooks, Chefs, and other team members.

Adhering to all the food hygiene and sanitation.

Able to produce quality products promptly and efficiently for the customers.

Maintain correct portion size and quality of the food to the Company's standards.
- _**Experience**:_
- Minimum 0-years of Experience in Cafe/ Kitchen
- Minimum educational qualification is HSC
- Bachelor in Hotel Management (OPTIONAL)

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality.
- Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Should be able to communicate, read and write clearly and effectively.

**Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month**
