Full job description

Google Ads Expert at Pearl Organisation, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve our clients' marketing objectives. With a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach, you will continually monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and deliver exceptional results for our clients. Your expertise in Google Ads and digital advertising will be essential in elevating the online presence and visibility of our clients' businesses.

**Responsibilities**:
Campaign Strategy: Develop effective Google Ads strategies aligned with clients' marketing objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.

Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaigns.

Ad Copy Creation: Create compelling ad copies that drive clicks, conversions, and engagement, adhering to industry best practices.

Ad Extensions: Utilize various ad extensions to enhance ad visibility and improve overall campaign performance.

Budget Management: Set and manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and cost-efficiency.

Bid Management: Monitor bids and adjust them strategically to achieve campaign objectives.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad elements to refine and improve campaign performance.

Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages for better user experience and conversion rates.

Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and metrics, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, performance reports, and campaign recommendations.

Google Analytics: Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
