Fx Retina is a high-performance digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses scale through paid advertising strategies across Google and Facebook platforms. We are seeking an experienced Ads executive who can manage both Google Ads campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads Campaign Management**: Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.) to meet client objectives and KPIs.
- **Keyword Research & Analysis**: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases that align with clients’ goals. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- **Ad Copywriting & Optimization**: Write compelling and effective ad copy for search, display, and shopping campaigns. Continuously test and optimize ad copy to improve CTR and ad performance.Monitor and adjust bids and budgets to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI. Implement bid strategies like automated bidding, CPA, and ROAS to optimize campaign performance.Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve ad effectiveness and user engagement.Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS to track the performance of campaigns. Provide detailed reports on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, improving ad copy, refining keywords, and analyzing search term reports to ensure the best possible return on ad spend (ROAS).Collaborate with clients and account managers to set clear goals and objectives for Google Ads campaigns. Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations effectively.Keep up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the campaigns are optimized and competitive.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum 1year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for

clients (portfolio or examples of campaigns managed preferred).
- In-depth understanding of conversion tracking and sales funnel strategies for both

platforms.
- Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads Manager,, GTM, Google Analytics, and

Shopify.
- Ability to manage campaigns across both platforms and deliver on performance metrics.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Ability to monitor and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring the

highest level of accuracy and efficiency.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**: ₹15,000- ₹20,000 per month
