Its services span Google & Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, influencer marketing, website creation, analytics, and white-label solutions, all delivered with a data-driven, transparent process and a performance dashboard clients can monitor.

We're looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) to join our marketing team.

If you have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and a solid understanding of performance metrics, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct keyword research and create effective ad copies and landing page recommendations.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Use data insights from Google Ads and Analytics to make performance-driven decisions.
  • Set up and maintain tracking and conversion measurement using Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, bidding strategies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to improve ad performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong command of Google Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proven track record of driving conversions and improving campaign ROI.
  • Understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad testing.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to data accuracy.
  • Experience with landing page testing and CRO tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads or other paid platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
