About the Role

Esyacode Software is seeking a results-driven Google Ads & SEO Expert to support our digital marketing initiatives for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and organic search optimization. This role is fully remote and requires availability during US business hours (night shift IST).

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping networks.
  • Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and manage bid strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare analytical reports, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.
  • Perform keyword analysis, technical SEO audits, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking to enhance search visibility.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical, white-hat SEO practices.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools to track performance.
  • Provide periodic performance reports with data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in Google Ads and SEO, ideally serving international or US-based clients.
  • Google Ads Certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work night shifts (US hours) is mandatory.
