Google Ads & Facebook Ads Specialist

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Management**:

- Develop and execute full-funnel advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook, targeting each stage of the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
- Manage multiple ad accounts, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with marketing objectives.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization**:

- Design and implement lead generation strategies using search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- **Keyword Research & Data Analysis**:

- Perform in-depth keyword research to uncover valuable opportunities and optimize ad targeting.
- Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvements.
- **Creative & Copy Development**:

- Develop engaging ad copy and visuals that effectively communicate the brand message and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality social media content and ad creatives.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and strategic alignment.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- **API Integration & Automation Experience would be a plus**:

- Utilize Google Ads API and Facebook Marketing API to automate routine tasks, manage bulk operations, and enhance campaign efficiency.
- Create custom scripts and reporting tools for real-time monitoring and data-driven optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns across multiple accounts.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Google Ads API and Facebook Marketing API for automation and optimization.
- Strong background in full-funnel digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in keyword research, A/B testing, and performance tracking..
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Certifications & Additional Skills**:

- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Search Certification, Google AdWords Certification, or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with additional paid media platforms for cross-channel campaign integration is a plus.
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for advanced scripting and automation purposes.
- Prior experience in developing custom reporting dashboards and leveraging cloud-based platforms for data integration.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Salary**:50000 to 80000 per month** based on experience and performance
- Incentives**:Yearly bonus and performance-based rewards**:

- Work Location**:Remote reporting to US Team**

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
