Job Description – Google Ads & Google Analytics Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google

Ads and Google Analytics. The ideal candidate will manage our online advertising

campaigns and track performance across digital platforms to optimize our outreach and

engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads:

● Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Search, Display, and

YouTube.

● Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and bid

management.

● Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.

● Monitor campaign performance.

● Track and report on KPIs including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and others.

Google Analytics:

● Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4) tracking, events, and goals.

● Analyze website and campaign performance metrics.

● Create custom dashboards and detailed reports for internal teams and leadership.

● Interpret data to derive actionable insights for conversion optimization.

Skills Required

● Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).

● Google Analytics 4 (GA4) expertise.

● Experience with tracking and remarketing campaigns.

● Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (for tracking/debugging purposes).

● Experience with other paid platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

● Knowledge of SEO basics and marketing funnels.

Key Qualification requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

● 2–4 years of experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics.

● Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics (preferred).

● Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer

acquisition.

● Proficiency with tools like Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, SEMrush, or similar.

● Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

● Familiarity with SEO and CRM platforms (Esp, Hubspot) is a plus.
