**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sell lubricants, spare parts, and consumables for construction and heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, backhoes, etc.).
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and lube solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, inquiries, and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and equipment operators.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, equipment models, and new product offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum **5 years** of experience in **parts and lube sales** for **heavy equipment** or **construction machinery**.
- Strong knowledge of common heavy machinery brands and parts (e.g., CAT, Komatsu, JCB, Volvo, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP, or CRM tools.
- High school diploma or technical certification required; a degree in mechanical or automotive fields is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
