**Job description**:

- Monitor day-to-day operations, while tracking and reporting on performance and recommending actionable improvements as necessary.
- Communicating with customers to respond to issues or concerns they may have regarding their order.
- Reviewing operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting operational data to supervisors or department heads as needed.
- Communication and coordination with staff (including the executive operations team) and vendors.
- Train and onboard new employees on operational protocols to ensure all staff members adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Develops, prepares, and presents program reports; maintains comprehensive program records and statistical information.
