Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Tata AIA (Email & Voice Process)
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We're hiring for the Tata AIA Customer Service process, handling email and voice support. Candidates must have good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email and voice channels.
- Provide accurate product/policy information and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of all interactions and follow company compliance.
Eligibility
Education: HSC / Graduate (any stream)
Good communication (English & Hindi) and typing skills
Freshers & experienced both can apply
Shift Timings
Voice: 7 AM – 10 PM (Day Rotational, Male & Female)
Email: Male – 24/7 Rotational, Female – 7 AM – 9 PM
Salary
Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC / ₹21,000 In-hand
Experienced: ₹28,500 CTC / ₹25,000 In-hand
Training
Duration: 18 to 22 days (Paid)
Full attendance mandatory
