**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound calls** to assigned lists of prospects / leads and engage them to generate interest in our offerings.
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of products or services clearly.
- Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, address objections, and follow up until closure or hand‐over to sales closer.
- Maintain high call volume while ensuring the quality of interaction.
- Record all call details, customer feedback, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales / conversion / lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing & product teams for updated scripts, promotional campaigns, product changes etc.
- Follow up with prospects, nurture leads over time.
- Provide feedback on customer objections, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with call scripts, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum education bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / outbound sales is preferred (but freshers with strong communication skills can be considered).
- Excellent verbal communication skills, fluency in (English / Hindi / regional language as required).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection / objections positively, remain resilient & motivated under target pressure.
- Good listening skills, with ability to understand customer needs.
- Basic computer skills (typing, using telephone systems), experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Organized, with good record-keeping and follow-up discipline.
- Goal‐oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines / targets.
