**Job Overview**:
We seek a proactive and persuasive **Telecalling Executive** to promote our product and drive sales through outbound calls. The role involves connecting with potential customers, sharing product information, resolving queries, and converting leads into successful sales or appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch the product.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant product details and benefits.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain a structured call log.
- Handle objections or concerns effectively to close sales or set appointments.
- Maintain and update the customer database or CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales or logistics team for follow-ups or order fulfillment.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback to the team on market response and product-related queries.
- Minimum graduates preferred.
- 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good product understanding and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with MS Excel or CRM is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
