**Job Summary**: As an Outbound Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. You will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or lists.
- Introduce and promote our products/services to potential clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales closure.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls and leads generated.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate responses to customer inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or communication is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
