Business Developement Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Kowledge of IT Industry preferred
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Develop & implement strategic sales plans to acheive company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
**Qualifications**:
- MBA & Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, (**IT preferred)**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
