**Customer Support Executive Job description**
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
**Responsibilities:
- **
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific service
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback.
**Requirements:

- Experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar CS role
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication in English and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
**Qualifications And Experience**:
Graduates or Undergraduates
- Typing speed of 40 to 60 wpm
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Support
- Should have good command on English
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and technical skills.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer support: 1 year (required)
