Key Responsibilities
- **Staff Management**: Hire, train, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to dealership policies.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement sales plans, set sales targets, and provide support to help salespeople achieve them.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure every customer receives prompt attention, provide expert advice on vehicle features and financing, and manage customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- **Showroom Presentation**: Maintain the showroom floor's appearance, ensuring it is welcoming, organized, and effectively showcases vehicles.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on all vehicle brands, models, and features to provide comprehensive guidance to customers.
- **Sales Data & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and prepare reports for management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with finance, service, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and efficient operations.
- **Compliance**: Stay informed about federal, state, and local regulations affecting vehicle sales and ensure the dealership complies with them.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
