Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Hire, train, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to dealership policies.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans, set sales targets, and provide support to help salespeople achieve them.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives prompt attention, provide expert advice on vehicle features and financing, and manage customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Showroom Presentation: Maintain the showroom floor's appearance, ensuring it is welcoming, organized, and effectively showcases vehicles.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all vehicle brands, models, and features to provide comprehensive guidance to customers.
• Sales Data & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and prepare reports for management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance, service, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and efficient operations.
• Compliance: Stay informed about federal, state, and local regulations affecting vehicle sales and ensure the dealership complies with them.
