Instructional Designer

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team who designs various elements across
digital and offline media. We expect you to have experience with business understanding to
implement process flows based on our client's expectations. Have experience in preparing training

**Requirements**:

- Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards for instructional content, outlining the

sequence of learning objectives, activities, and assessments. Ensuring the content is logically
structured and aligns with instructional goals.
- Articulate Storyline 360: Utilize Articulate Storyline 360 or similar e-learning authoring tools

to design and develop interactive and multimedia-rich learning modules. Create engaging
interactions, quizzes, simulations, and scenarios to enhance learner comprehension and
retention.
- Adobe Suite: Utilize Adobe Suite software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or

Premiere Pro, to design and develop visual elements, graphics, animations, and videos that
support the instructional content.
- Job Aids: Design and develop job aids, such as infographics, checklists, and reference guides,

to provide on-the-job support and reinforce learning objectives. Ensuring job aids are visually
appealing, concise, and easy to understand.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 or similar e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong skills in using Adobe Suite software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and e-learning best

practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
